Although every person in the world shares the same fundamental need for salvation, people are not all the same. The gospel is for the whole world, but how can Christians faithfully share God’s truth with the whole world? How can believers communicate the gospel in ways that are both faithful and meaningful across diverse cultures and contexts? In this session, we will identify four prominent worldviews, explore how the hope of Christ uniquely and powerfully addresses each one, and equip students to share the gospel with clarity and confidence to anyone, anywhere, at any time.

The resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth is the central event of the Christian faith. For many Christians, the resurrection is a truth which we accept by faith, based on the testimony of the New Testament Gospels. But do we have more than “he lives within our hearts”? Can we provide good reasons and evidence to skeptics of the resurrection who ask us for the reason for the hope that we have in Jesus’s resurrection? In this session, we will identify the historical evidence that supports belief in Jesus’s resurrection, and will see how no other possible explanation adequately accounts for that evidence.

Technology shapes how we communicate, build relationships, and share ideas. But how can followers of Jesus use these tools in ways that reflect God’s mission? Come explore how everyday Christians can live missionally through ordinary life rhythms while thoughtfully engaging the digital spaces where people already spend their time.

How should Christians respond when culture says to “trust the science?” What should we think about the origin and development of the world based on the Bible’s description? In this breakout, we will explore the nature of faith and the method of science. A synthesis will be offered that maintains the truth of God’s revelation in both Scripture and nature.

This breakout session will examine the Imprecatory Psalms found in the Psalter. The Imprecatory Psalms are prayers that call upon God to enact judgment, curses, and atrocities upon enemies. Since the book of Psalms is a prayer and worship book, Christians must grapple with whether the Imprecatory Psalms should be prayed today.

This breakout session will help attendees know more about how we got the Bible and why it can be trusted. Topics such as textual criticism, translation, and historical evidence for the dependability of the Bible will be addressed.
